About

Rhonda Jolliffe DNP, FNP-BC, CTNC

Wife, Mother, Nurse Practitioner, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Clinical Instructor, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Pilates Instructor, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy Specialist, Thermography Specialist, Entrepreneur.

My nursing career began in Intensive Care and progressed to Emergency and Trauma. At that time I never thought anything else would interest me. I loved it.

After 8 years as a nurse, I decided to return graduate school to pursue a Nurse Practitioner degree. During my graduate program, a guest lecturer spoke on “Homeopathy”. Lightning struck. It was at that moment she said some things that forever changed the way I thought. My world in medicine as I knew it, was never the same.

I started studying Holistic and Integrative Medicine.  It became my passion and it didn’t take long to realize for me, this was how I wanted to practice. I felt this was the BEST MEDICINE.

I transitioned to the study of Functional Medicine. Functional Medicine addresses the underlying causes of disease. It uses a systems-oriented approach. This approach engages both patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership. It is an evolution in the practice of medicine. It addresses true healthcare needs of the 21st century and I new my patients could benefit from this process.

Today, Functional Medicine is the foundation of my practice. My private practice of 20 years thrives because my patients search for answers. The patients that enter my clinic look for empowerment to take care of their own health. They don’t want to rely on medications to band aide a problem.

My patients are smart!

Objective

My mission is simple – I help you navigate the complexities of hormone balance and improve your health through that balance.

I provide support, guidance, and real solutions through education, premium products, and programs. I will meet you with my compassion, decades of real world experience and deep respect. I believe that the current healthcare system fails us when it comes total health – mind, body and spirit.

Associations & Giving Back

I am passionate about supporting St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. I will make an annual contribution to this fund in your honor based on a percentage of our net profits. I’ve set up a gift fund if you are inspired to give any additional support to St. Jude. I’ve also provided links to share some of the stories of these little heroes.
